Protester Dennis Jallah, 32 arrested while local residents from the Southwest Philadelphia neighborhood protest at the Fire Station a block away from the fire scene that claimed 4 young children early Saturday morning. Neighbors were upset claiming a slow response by the fire department. The time line showed the response was about 2 minutes from the first 911 call.
