Only one of Lauren Steltzer's four pet chickens survived a recent racoon massacre at her small coop. Not wanting that chicken to be lonely, Steltzer adopted two more. When those two flew the coop last Monday, one of them wound up dead, when a Lower Merion cop had his fireman friend shoot the chicken with a bow and arrow.
